Our North American rep Tomasz "Thomas" Tomczyński had a blast demoing By Fire and Sword at Recon 2015! The attendants loved the game! There were many amazing games being played and showcased there. We will definitely be there next year with our booth.Thanks for your interesting and lot of kind words.

Good news for By Fire and Sword players in USA / Recon 2015
During this weekend By Fire and Sword team will be attending Salute 2015 in London but it's not the only one event you can play our game.
You can also see by Fire and Sword at Recon 2015 - big and famous convention in USA (International Palm Resort, Orlando, Florida). Tomek Tomczyński - sales representative of our new branch in USA we'll be running demo games for you.
You can find Tomek & By Fire and Sword standing at the booth of our friends from Adventure Game Store. Tomek will be running games and answering your questions from Friday morning till Sunday evening.

Salute 2015 and main rulebook reprint
Salute 2015 and main rulebook reprint
As you probably know we will attend Salute 2015 in London. Our booth has number TB10.
If you are our KS backers and want to collect your reward during Salute please let us know via pm as soon as it's possible. We'll do our best to prepare everything which is available but we really need an information from you quick (or rather immediately). If you want to add anything via our online store please enter a note "Salute 2015 pick up". Of course the sooner the better.
Revised edition of main rulebook is currently printed. We hope we'll be able to take them to London and they will have their premiere during Salute - please keep your finger crossed for printers!

Big tournament in Sweden!
Our Friends from Sweden will run big tournament - Swedish Masters - in Lund, Sweden (4th and 5th of July). As it's during holiday it's perfect chance not only to attend tournament but also do some sightseeing - perfect excuse for married wargamers ;)

Historical Skirmish Force contest
Historical Skirmish Force contest
Recently we receive from You many questions and suggestions regarding Your own historical Skirmish Forces and Divisions. We would like to announce new contest then: for historical Skirmish Force from period 1649-1676. It can be part of any army from main rulebook and ‘The Deluge’ supplement but not of Denmark, Courland and Gdańsk (Danzig).
Rules of the contest:
1. Form as in the current historical pdfs – historical introduction, describing action of the troops, Special Rules, sheet with Skirmish Force. Description written in Word format, Force sheet in Word or Excel. Language: Polish or English
2. Deadline – 31 May 2015.
3 Send .doc or .docx files to email address kadrinazi[at]gmail.com
The file should include the name of the author as well as – if the author is registered on our forum – the nickname. Please include list of the sources that You based Your research on. Participants can send any number of their Skirmish Forces.
The works will be subjectively assessed by a jury in the following make-up: Konrad Sosiński, Rafał Szwelicki, Artur Świetlik and Michał Paradowski.
4. Those Skirmish Forces that will be chosen by a jury, will be published (in both Polish and English) as pdfs on BFaS website and also printed in one of the volumes of ‘Armies of By Fire and Sword’.
5. We deserve rights to introduce changes to structure and description of the winning entries, of course after consultations with their authors.
